A diver tips head first towards waves of plaster, beneath the jib of a construction crane, in an octagonal panel. The red and yellow glass triangles inlaid in the crane's structure catch the light. A plaster fresco made by Louis Barthélemy with a Moroccan master craftsman: the athlete, a heroic figure of HEROES HAVE ROOTS BEYOND BORDERS, meets the architectural bas-relief.
